Being an alpha male is not a part time job, it is like breathing, it should never stop. We all have different tastes in fashion but there are universal essentials that every alpha should own. Okay Alphas, let’s get right into the list.
I. A Dark Suit
In a man’s life , a suit is necessary , it is a statement that is worn once in a while by an average male. If you do not work in an office , you still need a suit, there are a lot of functions that require a suit : weddings, interviews, church ,formal meetings and diners.
II. A leather/metal watch
A watch is a must. It doesn’t have to be a super expensive watch, you will get those in time once you learn to love them. My first watch was about $15 , it was white and did not really work with any formal wear I had so I started trying out more watches. I figured a dark great watch blends well with anything, get a watch.
III. A leather wallet
Wallets are like a man’s sword. Mostly concealed but have the greatest role in the wardrobe. They keep your cards and money which means you’ll probably flash it at least 3 times a day. With that said, the wallet needs to be in good condition and have a decent quality. Leather is the best bet.
IV. A handkerchief
It is just one of those things you just need to have, especially when it is hot or you are going to public spaces. The uses of it will soon be revealed to you when you own one.

V. Chinos
Chinos are the most versatile pants every guy needs to have. They can be used on a casual outfit or a formal outfit. Start with darker colors when building your wardrobe. Remember, fashion is a demanding mistress, tend to her for your reputation’s sake.
VI. Dress shoes
Formal shoes are a corners stone in men’s fashion. A black pair of oxfords is not a bad investment. Sneakers will always dominate the wardrobe for the average male, but a formal shoe is a must have fashion item. The beauty of formal shoes is when worn right, they are versatile to casual looks as well. If you do not already have a pair, get one as soon as you can.
VII. Sneakers
Sneakers are the most versatile type of shoes which makes them a cornerstone item. Whatever style you choose to take when it comes to fashion, sneakers are a must. They are not just a fashion accessory but serve better for travelling and sports which makes them practical in such instances. Owning a pair is a basic need, it is the foundation of your wardrobe.
VIII. Undergamernts
This is never really talked about. Underwear is as important as the clothes that come on top. The bare minimum of underwear a guy should be enough to cover at least two weeks straight. Boxers, vests and briefs are not meant to be repeated consecutively which is why they should be heavily stocked.
