Dating,  Mind of a boyfriend

Titles

We live in a fast paced world where words mean nothing if they are not directed to us and could potentially shutter our world if they are. Titles, simple words that denote references and define nature of things. Nouns with role allocations. We defined what a boyfriend is and the answers were subjective and biased which made them specific to the person defining. This time we are going objective for the purpose of clarity and authenticity of our unfiltered views. Titles validate the type of relationship .Today we define everyday titles that drive the types of relationships we are in :

1. Girlfriend | noun ( aka Main chick/ Mammi / Bae)

A person’s regular female companion with whom they have a romantic or sexual relationship. The one person who knows how to piss off a man.

2. Side Chick | noun ( aka mistress/ sidie )


A female that is neither a male’s wife or girlfriend who has relations with the male while he is in another relationship. The woman who automatically becomes a cousin when the Girlfriend comes around.

3. Side Dude | noun (aka side )

A female’s plan B. The boyfriend away from boyfriend but is not really boyfriend worthy. The guy she does all the things she doesn’t do with her boyfriend.

3. Friends with benefit | noun ? (Aka f buddy / study buddy )

Friends who have a sexual relationship without being emotionally attached. ( we all know that’s a lie). Typically friends with benefits can both be single, if they both date other people they are automatically side pieces of each other.

4. Blesser | noun (aka sugar – daddy/mummy )

A married older love who often gives gifts to get sex with younger partners . In retrospect it’s close to prostitution but no one will admit that. Blesser sounds clean.

5. Cougar | noun ( not to confused with Blesser)

An older experienced woman who seeks sexual activity with younger men. ( committed or not). Typically ladies in their 40s, with younger partners that have a 10 year gap or more. Although the term is now loosely used to refer to a woman who has a younger partner. Cougars are not desperate, they just want to have fun. They are often attractive, confident and open to new ideas.

6. One night stand | noun ( aka hook up)

From the name. It’s a sexual relationship that is supposed to last one night. You may not be friends at all. It ends there.

7. Baby daddy|momma | noun

The only connection is the baby and child support. There is no relationship, nada.

8. Bestie | noun

That male or female friend who is super close you’d swear they are the sides. Often the friendzoned potential or a residue of a situationship. These are harmless if you treat their bestie well.

9. Slayqueen | noun (aka gold digger)

I. Girls who do not have a wealthy background but pose like they do . They use malicious acts to attain cash, drink expensive alcohol, get expensive cellphones and clothes. But at home she’s a chicken chaser.

II. Young and naive girls who apparently do not date broke men. They spend hours on Snapchat and Instagram showing off things they don’t even own.

III. Beauty without brains chasing wealthy men.

10. Wife / Husband |

The ultimate titles. Wife :a married woman considered in relation to her spouse.

Husband: a married man considered in relation to his spouse.

Some titles are often not defined because the nature of the relationship defines them. In their own right, they might not be relationships. This bracket has : situation-ship , understanding-ship, location-ship , time-ship. These will be explained fully in the future posts. Which titles do you think we missed ?
